There are several ways to make a contribution to St. Bernardine's Foundation:
On our website. Simply click on the “Donate Online” button at the top of every St. Bernardine Foundation website page, and you will be automatically directed to a page for gift-giving. Or click here to Donate Online.
By telephone. The St. Bernardine Foundation office is open Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Call 909.881.4516 to make a gift with a credit card.
By mail. You can mail a check or credit card contribution to St. Bernardine Foundation at 2101 N. Waterman Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. Click here for a downloadable gift form.
By fax. You can fax a completed gift form to St. Bernardine’s Foundation at 909.881.4531. Click here for a downloadable gift form.
